OK, I think this is really pretty.
I have a feeling that my knitting in DC will be different than my knitting in California or Ohio. California had a relaxed, but constant knitting. I was always at the TV at home, watching something and knitting. In Ohio, my frantic self turned to the needles for relief and I was always at the computer, reading bad Buffy fan fiction and making hats for friends, sweaters for my mother...
In DC, I'm still watching TV, but I still feel like a houseguest at Nina's house. I'll probably knit on the subway and the bus, frantically trying to finish a row before my stop in two minutes, or while watching a movie, but still...
Maybe it's because I unraveled Molly's thing on Tuesday, and at this point I've only managed to get to the seed stitch border and to one increase. At home, that would have been done in a day and I'd have moved on to the zig zags at this point. We'll see how this year turns out. I might postpone the resized Cherry Twist to create the Seaweed Sweater for myself. And now I have Vogue Knitting, so hopefully I can get the sleeve caps right.
