And in other news...
The Crowns scarf had about 2 feet down. Now it has 6 inches.Why? I realized that carrying cotton and eyelash would not make a light, drapey scarf. It makes a scarf to keep the cold out. I want the other kind.
So, I ripped, single stranded (which I REALLY hate), and reknit on a size larger needles. And now it's light and filmy and drapey and pretty and 6" long.
BUT I might be making one for the receptionist at work. (Money = good. I just don't want to overcharge her. It's a non-profit, she can't make much). And one for my aunt's birthday/Christmas present.
Oh crap. When IS my aunt's birthday?!
Edit: I asked my mom. December 11th. Crap.
