Clearly, I Rock...
Today, it's cold. It's very cold. I wore my stash hat, and I got compliments! Whee!A Deaf woman on the metro told me she liked it. (This is why it's good to know sign language)
But the BEST COMPLIMENT OF ALL was at Starbucks. The girl was getting my mochas together and said, "Where'd you get that hat? I really like it!"
"Actually, I made it."
"Name your price."
Ohh!!! Then Christina collapsed into a puddle of goo. I had to decline because I used most of my stash yarns for the hat, and the few remaining strands are in California, but there's no red, orange, green or blue, or the complimentary bulky, which leaves... yellow. But still. That made my day.
