Holidaze...
The holidaze have ended and I think I am slowly regaining consciousness. The good news is that I've gotten some great knitting done.My dad really enjoyed his Christmas present.
(I had the wrong flash setting on my camera. I wish I had realized that BEFORE I took all my Christmas pictures).
I also finished the mitered square rug I started in August.
It looks very pretty in the bathroom and didn't require half of what the pattern said it did. FYI - if you decide to make it using Sugar & Creme cotton instead of Lion Brand Kitchen Cotton, halve your yardage for all of the complimentary colors. And save the receipt. Luckily, I have friends who love (and love to knit) knitted dishtowels, so the yarn has a new home with them and I never have to work with Sugar & Cream cotton EVER AGAIN.
