Spinses!
So, for some reason, coming home from Rhinebeck has made me really, really want to spin.And so, I finished karakul sheep roving that I promised to Give a Little on top of my supergay comforter.
It was about 270 yards prewash, so it's probably about 250 now. The wash managed to felt it together a little bit. I'm really proud of this yarn. It came together beautifully. I got the wool from a stall at Maryland Sheep & Wool - a stall of sheep, by the way. Most of the balls had labels from the sheep - alas, mine did not. Therefore, I shall name it as from a sheep named Edgar. It's a purty oatmeal color. I'm a little sad to give it away, but I know it'll go to a good home.
