Criss Cross Tank
Pattern: #6 from Spring/Summer 2004 Vogue Knitting
Yarn: Reynold's Saucy Cotton
Needles: Size 5s & 7s
I changed the 1 row of k1p1 on size 7s to 4 rows on size 5s at the border, and honestly could have used a few more rows. I added a lot more shaping (the original pattern pulls the shirt in by 2", not 4"). My gauge, as always, grew, so I ended up taking this in by a couple of inches when I seamed it together.
A very sexy tank. Unfortunately, cotton is a little too heavy. I get rather hot when I wear this. Which is weird for a tank top. I think I have to make a half sleeve twinset to go with. Or something.
